Before your first ride, please read the manuals supplied with each product. These contain important safety information as well as instructions for assembly, use, and maintenance.

How does it work?

Welcome to the mangosteenebike.ch warranty service page for handling warranty claims and inquiries. It is our responsibility to resolve product issues as quickly as possible. We believe in the integrity of our brand and place great importance on reliable service both before and after your purchase.

Warranty start date

All products purchased from mangosteenebike.ch come with a straightforward warranty. mangosteenebike.ch provides a warranty for a limited period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

Warranty coverage

Please note that our delivery service and the shipping of warranty parts cover Switzerland. Details can be found in our shipping policy. If you are located in another country, please contact us.

1-Year Warranty: Accessories and Spare Parts

Stem, handlebars, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, kickstand, rims, hubs, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, frame, fork, motor, battery, throttle, LCD display, wiring harness, front light, rear light, charger, and shifters.

Coverage After Change of Ownership

The original owner receives the full warranty coverage listed above. Subsequent owners are not covered by the warranty once the warranty period (1 year) has expired. (An order number is required for each warranty service.)

Warranty Exclusions
Parts Not Covered

Tires, inner tubes, brake cables, and shifter cables are not covered.

Improper Assembly, Use, and Maintenance

Improper assembly, use, care, or operation

Modifications or failure to follow the recommended assembly or care instructions

Misuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transport by the customer, or other causes beyond our control

Any problems related to used/second-hand products

Batteries are not covered by warranty for damage caused by overvoltage, use of an unsuitable charger, improper maintenance or similar misuse, normal wear and tear, or water damage

Limitations of Liability

We assume no responsibility for damage, failure, or loss caused by unauthorized repairs/services or the use of unauthorized parts.

Shipping Damage

A product damaged during shipping is not covered by the warranty. However, we will provide a replacement for such shipping damage if you:

notify mangosteenebike.ch of the shipping damage within 7 days of receipt.

Please provide us with photos and/or a video of the damaged product within 7 days.

Keep the complete original packaging along with the product and return it to us.

Inspect the damage immediately upon receipt and confirm it to the delivery service upon acceptance/signature.

Please note: If you choose your own independent shipping method (e.g., freight forwarder/carrier or similar services), mangosteenebike.ch assumes no responsibility for replacing products damaged during this shipping process.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Send your order number, along with photos or videos of the product issues, to our official email address: service@mangosteenebike.ch.

After confirmation, the mangosteenebike.ch customer service team will send you new replacement parts free of charge. You will receive a notification email with the tracking number.

Replacement parts are sent to the original delivery address of your order by default. If your delivery address has changed, please contact us promptly and inform us of your new address via email.

Note

This page does not apply to products purchased through eBay, Amazon, or other retailers. We strongly recommend contacting these retailers directly, as they have your original order information and can process your request more quickly. If this is not possible, we are still happy to assist you.
